To mark its 25th anniversary, we organized a special edition of Archipel’s annual staff gathering. The event featured an informative, cultural afternoon, a group dinner, and concluded with a lively evening party at the Parktheater, the cultural heart of Eindhoven. An imaginative setting with something for everyone. Shared experiences, personal memories. A valuable event for Archipel. A sense of joy for the employees, building relationships among themselves and strengthening existing ones. And above all, taking the pressure off the client.

For the Archipel healthcare organization, we have been designing and executing many special events for over 10 years. These include facility openings, farewell ceremonies for executives, and numerous staff parties.
THE SOUL OF ARCHIPEL
The staff aim to create a sense of joy and happiness—that is the goal of this evening. This calls for a special program for the afternoon and evening. Only when all the elements come together seamlessly and expectations are exceeded can a unique experience and lasting memories be created.
After the opening remarks by the Board of Directors, the day could begin. With numerous performances by acts such as Rolling Beat Machine, the band Boomerang, DJ Amica Nova, and the group Re-Play, a soulful evening was guaranteed. The Soul of Archipel. Coming together in a magical setting and getting to know each other even better. One day to take the pressure off all the caregivers. The ultimate tribute to all these hard workers.
