PURPOSE
NOT\STANDARD BYLEI has once again designed and built a booth for BALLAST NEDAM at PROVADA 2025. This marks the 9th booth we have had the privilege of designing for Ballast Nedam during the Professional Real Estate Days at the RAI Amsterdam. What makes this booth unique is that Ballast Nedam’s design team created the visual concept, and BYLEI ensured that the booth was built exactly as they envisioned it.
The design of the booth was inspired by the desire to showcase the new flagship project on Strandeiland in Amsterdam. The project centers on sustainability, nature, an energy concept, and a close-knit community. Surrounded by water and nature, the site will feature 215 homes, including both apartments and single-family homes. There will also be a community hub with shared facilities. The project is being developed by Ballast Nedam Development and designed by Space&Matter, NL Architects, and Zones Urbaines Sensibles. Uniquely translated into a beautiful, stylish booth.
In addition to the design and construction, BYLEI also handled all catering and hospitality, rounding out the overall experience. The hospitality and atmosphere at the booth were crafted with care and taste—exactly what BYLEI is known for. You can read more about our approach at www.notstandard.events.

The Ballast Nedam Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij BV booth at PROVADA was designed and built using sustainable methods. It covers an area of 75 square meters and is furnished with reusable materials. In addition, nearly the entire booth was constructed using bio-based materials such as wood.
In addition to designing the booth, we also handle all aspects of booth styling, technical support, hospitality, and catering at the booth for Ballast Nedam during the trade show. For the styling, we utilized our exclusive decoration brand, Gommaire, based in Antwerp.
