HEXON is a Dutch IT service provider, founded in 2000, that focuses on the automotive sector. HEXON is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Wouter and Martijn want to celebrate this milestone with all employees.

Together, we’ve reached countless milestones, overcome challenges, and supported each other’s personal journeys. Now it’s time to celebrate all those efforts with an unforgettable team event. Let’s go crazy for once!

BYLEI developed the “Kamp Hexon” concept for HEXON , inspired by the “Kamp van Koningsbrugge” program. It is a unique outdoor experience that focuses on mental strength, teamwork, and perseverance. Teams were challenged in a competitive yet safe environment. Together with a professional company staffed by former military commanders, we drove to Henschotermeer on a Thursday.

In keeping with the theme of vintage military vehicles and army overalls, the employees were immersed in a true battle of skills. The teams were challenged with a compass course, building rafts, starting a fire and heating up soup, as well as learning how to tie complex knots and operating a powerboat.

With round-trip transportation from A to B, an overnight stay, and various activities, we organized an unforgettable anniversary celebration.
